  • Setup & breakdown of client-owned or rented décor

$3,000 – $5,000

Custom Cultural Décor Design

A refined décor experience where design takes center stage. Perfect for cultural weddings featuring statement stages, florals, and draping.

Includes:

  • Two in-depth décor design consultations

  • Custom mood board & design direction

  • Ceremony stage / mandap / chuppah styling (non-structural)

  • Reception focal area design (head table or stage)

  • Guest table styling

  • Professional setup & breakdown

  • Lead decorator + 2–3 assistants (up to 10 hours)

Does Not Include:

  • Full wedding coordination

  • Vendor management outside of décor services

  • Full décor design concept + professional render board

  • Complete ceremony & reception transformation

  • Custom backdrop or stage design (non-structural)

  • Elevated guest table styling (linens, charger plates, premium centerpieces — if owned or sourced)

  • Lighting coordination (with professional lighting vendor)

  • Full setup, breakdown & décor strike
